A Little About Me
Leadership is about people. Technology simply changes the way we lead.
How can we help people and organizations reach their fullest potential?
My career has been built around this central question. Whether I am teaching in the classroom, designing digital learning experiences, building AI-powered tools, or working with organizations, my goal remains the same: helping people grow with confidence, curiosity, and purpose.
I believe meaningful leadership begins with continuous learning, thoughtful relationships, and the willingness to embrace change.
My Journey
My educational path reflects an intentional blend of creativity, business, and innovation.
It began at the age of five when I entered my first art contest. This eventually led to pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History, where I developed an appreciation for creativity, culture, and critical thinking. I later earned an MBA in Leadership, discovering a passion for developing people and a Doctor of Business Administration focused on Organizational Behavior. Today, I am completing a Master of Education in Instructional and Learning Design Technology, combining leadership with modern approaches to teaching and digital innovation.
These experiences shaped my approach to education, leadership, and business.

Beyond the Classroom
Outside of teaching, I enjoy creating educational content, designing digital tools, developing websites, and exploring emerging technologies that improve how people learn and work together. I believe leadership extends beyond the workplace. Through speaking engagements, mentorship, and community involvement, I enjoy encouraging others to pursue lifelong learning and purposeful leadership.
Aside from teaching and business, I am also a fitness professional (former gym owner) and a dog mom to two beautiful (and very large) Rottweilers. Emerald is the sweetheart you see in the photo above and Molly is my youthful big ball of energy.
