Preparing Future Leaders

Student Success

My greatest accomplishments aren’t measured by exams.

They’re measured by the students who leave believing they’re capable of leading teams, solving problems, and making meaningful contributions in their organizations.

My Teaching Philosophy

Learning is most impactful when students actively engage with ideas rather than simply memorize information.

My courses combine discussion, collaboration, real-world applications, reflective learning, and emerging technologies to create experiences that prepare students for today’s workplace.

I believe every student brings unique experiences and perspectives into the classroom. My role is to create an environment where those perspectives contribute to meaningful learning while challenging students to think critically and lead with confidence.

What Students Can Expect

Students in my courses can expect opportunities to

  • Solve authentic business challenges
  • Work collaboratively with peers
  • Apply leadership concepts to real situations
  • Explore emerging technologies
  • Develop communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reflect on their personal leadership growth

Learning should feel relevant, engaging, and empowering.

Innovation in Teaching

One of my favorite aspects of teaching is experimenting with new ways to improve learning.

I regularly integrate

  • AI-assisted learning
  • Interactive activities
  • Digital collaboration tools
  • Scenario-based learning
  • Gamification
  • Instructional design principles

Technology should never replace meaningful teaching—it should enhance it.
